Growing up on the Surf Coast in Victoria, however moved up here after graduating his Masters of Osteopathy in 2019 and has called the Sunshine Coast home ever since. He is a passionate and experienced osteopath who has worked in a range of settings including private practice, strength and conditioning within sporting clubs, and as a volunteer at drug & alcohol rehabilitation centres. Angus is also a qualified yoga & meditation teacher, is trained in clinical pilates, and offers dry needling and cupping.

Angus enjoys treating anyone and everyone - from toddlers to respected elders, elite athletes with acute injuries to management of complex & chronic pain conditions… and everything in between! Angus’ philosophy emphasises the mind-body connection, and interrelationship between structure and function. Aligning with this, he seamlessly integrates a holistic and individualised approach considering biomechanical, psychological/emotional and lifestyle/environmental factors influencing his patient's pain. He confidently and intuitively blends structural techniques with gentler, indirect approaches and craniosacral therapy.

Angus is a sensitive and empathetic practitioner who creates a warm, comforting environment whilst actively listening to his patients stories, goals & concerns. He has a strong emphasis on patient education and empowerment, and offers specialised exercise rehabilitation, postural/ergonomic advice, mindfulness and stress reduction strategies in a well-rounded approach to optimise patient outcomes. With a big smile, confident hands and a warm heart, Angus will walk alongside you on your healing journey.

Outside of work, Angus is a passionate surfer and a dedicated yogi. You may also find him open-water swimming, adventuring into nature with his film camera, playing the handpan or enjoying live music at local gigs.
