You will be sent an email and text message with a unique booking link which is only valid for you, the recipient.

Eligibility: This offer is exclusively available to existing patients who have attended myOsteo.

Limitation: Limited to one-time use per patient.

Scheduling: Patient’s are allowed to reschedule their appointments subject to availability/

Availability: Appointment slots are subject to availability on the desired practitioner’s calendar

Non-transferability: The consultation is non-transferable and must be conducted by an osteopath at myOsteo. Not valid for use with third party billers - eg, DVA, NDIS, WorkCover

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel in time may result in the forfeiture of the offer.

No Cash Value: These offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services not specified herein.

Compliance: All participants must comply with clinic rules and regulations. myOsteo reserves the right to refuse service to any client who does not adhere to these rules.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: myOsteo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Current terms will always be posted on our website.
